Michael Burne
Focussed on maximising corporate value, Michael qualified with City firm Denton Hall in 1995 and moved to Allen & Overy in 1997 before beginning a series of roles as in house lawyer, head of legal and most recently the legal director on the main board of a listed plc.
Michael's expertise relates to commercial and corporate work and he has
significant practical experience in the financial and consulting services
sectors.
