Alan Kitto 
Over the last ten years Alan has successfully led the Human Resources function in three multi-million pound turnover, multi-site national companies within very different industry sectors.
As a Chartered member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development, Alan is experienced in all aspects of strategic and operational human resources management including staff management and motivation, recruitment and selection, training and development, industrial relations, reward strategy, change management, business re-organisation and downsizing.
Alan is also accredited to the British Psychological Society as a specialist in occupational psychological or psychometric testing both in terms of personality assessment as well as assessing specific aptitudes and abilities.
Now running his own consultancy and working in partnership with ergo, Alan specialises in providing bespoke human resources solutions to a wide range of small and medium sized companies on either a retained or individual project basis.
